What is the delivery time?

The maximum delivery time to your home is 48-72 hours on business days (Monday to Friday during business hours) for shipments within Spain except to the Balearic and Canary Islands. We don’t deliver on weekends and holidays. The delivery time mentioned above is for all the items in the store except custom-made items and items made upon request which will be delivered in 4 weeks.

What does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies depending on the volumetric weight of the order. There are three categories for orders within Spain (the peninsula): Low volumetric weight: €10; Medium volumetric weight: €40; High volumetric weight: €80. Three categories for shipments to the Balearic Islands: Low volumetric weight: €15; Medium volumetric weight: €60; High volumetric weight: €180. And three categories for international shipping: Low volumetric weight: €25; Medium volumetric weight: €80; High volumetric weight: €250.

Can I change the shipping address?

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been picked up by TNT unless the customer is responsible for the cost and it is expressly agreed upon between the parties.


What is the time limit for returns?

If you aren’t satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 14 business days from the day you received it to return it.

How do returns work?

The first step is to contact us by email at [email protected] so we can give you the address where you must return the merchandise. The products must be sent in the same conditions in which they were delivered and with their original packaging. The products must be perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note.

We will send the shipping company to the address you request for the pickup.

Once we have received the items and checked that they meet the conditions mentioned above, we will issue a refund.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 days from when we receive the returned merchandise. The shipping costs will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

The shipping costs for returns will be paid for by the customer (including promotions and offers) except if the product is defective or if the wrong item was sent by mistake. In these cases, we will cover the pickup costs.

Custom-made products (headboards) cannot be exchanged or returned.

You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal or by making a bank transfer.

Is the purchase secure?

We transmit data securely so it is completely safe to use your credit card on our website. The system will contact the bank that issued your card so that you can authorise the purchase. We will only charge your card once your bank has confirmed your credit card has been authenticated.
